Welcome to the City of Salmon Public Works Department.  Our Department consists of a Public Works Superintendent, a Water Treatment Supervisor, a Wastewater Treatment Supervisor, a Streets Supervisor, a Parks Maintenance Supervisor, one mechanic and two full time maintenance personnel. 

We are proud to be serving the Salmon Community and stand ready to meet their public works needs.

City Water Rates and Metering
The City of Salmon City Council elected to raise the City's water rates in 2001 to facilitate improvements to the system and to capture real costs associated with producing water for the community.  In addition, the Council moved to adopt a water metering ordinance requiring all entities within the City to emplace meters on their premises.
